All Participants must be able to swim.

We’ll teach you the basics of Paddle boarding in a safe, fun and beautiful location. Great for those who’ve never paddle boarded before or want to get a bit more technique whilst enjoying a relaxing paddle.

After your lesson if you feel ready to go it alone we offer Paddle Board Hire and can help you choose the best local paddle spots.
