Ningaloo Humpback Whales

This sight never gets old. It seems like just a month ago we were always keeping out eye out for our first sighting of Humpback Whales. Staring from the lighthouse for the smallest of water movement ‘Was that one?’ ‘Did you see that’. Well fast froward a month and now its impossible not top see them, just look out to the sea for longer than 5 minutes and its almost guaranteed.

 

We recommend getting up to the Lighthouse for a look when the wind drops off in the afternoons. Our favourite viewing point is by Stand Up Paddle board, just remember if you choose this option to obey all the rules when it comes to Marine mammals.
